Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 days from payment confirmation, depending on your location. For example, orders within metro cities typically arrive within 5 days, while remote areas may take closer to 8 days.
Minimum delivery timeline 5 days and maximum delivery timeline 8 days.
PACKAGING
Everyone that works for us is a collector in one of our many facets, and we treat your collectibles with the same care as you would. For Singles we will primarily package them in bubble mailers protecting your valuable cards. If an order doesn’t fit into a bubble mailer, we will use a box with packing cardboard inserts to insure it stays secure. .
TRACKING
All of our shipped packages will have tracking numbers associated with them for your peace of mind. You will receive an email with this information once your product ships. If you do not receive the email or cannot locate it, please reach out to us and we will get it for you. On checkout times estimated for delivery are once the carrier receives it. Packages may deliver earlier or later than expected due to the timeline being an estimate.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Orders must be INR 4000 or greater to allow for this selection.
Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.
Cancellations can only be made provided the goods have not been dispatched. On successful cancellations, the entire order amount will be refunded.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us 2-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. Post that, it generally takes 10-15 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For all refunds, we use the same mode of payment that you used, to process your refund. If due to any technical issues we are unable to process the payment back to the source, we will get in touch with you for an alternative mode of payment.
